At Bellus Domina, we stand behind the quality of our jewellery. We offer a 12-month warranty from the original date of purchase for manufacturing defects. If your jewellery piece is found to have a defect within this period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.

🔹 Replacement Policy
If the original product is no longer available or out of stock, we may replace it with a comparable item or issue a Merchandise Credit at our discretion. Please note that failure to follow the care instructions may void the warranty.

HOW TO REQUEST A WARRANTY REPAIR

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us – Email our support team at info@bellusdomina.com to register your jewellery piece for repair.
2. Provide Details – Include your name, order number, and a detailed description of the issue.
3. Submit Proof of Purchase – Attach a photocopy of the warranty, purchase receipt, or any other proof of purchase.
4. Assessment & Processing – Once we receive your request, our team will evaluate the claim and provide the next steps.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

 Normal wear and tear – This includes scratches, material discoloration, and natural aging.
 Misuse or negligence – Impact damage such as crushing, dents, dropping, or improper storage.
 Unauthorized alterations – Any modifications, repairs, or adjustments performed by a third party.
 Accidental damage – Cosmetic damages unrelated to a manufacturing defect.
 Shipping & customs fees – Transportation, insurance, import duties, and taxes are not included under the warranty.
