Warranty & Repair

Bellus Domina will repair or replace manufacturing faults up to 12 months from the original date of purchase. If your product is no longer being manufactured or is out of stock, we may replace your product with a comparable product or Merchandise Credit at our option. Failure to follow the care instruction may void the warranty.

To obtain warranty repairs, you must first contact us to register the defective jewellery piece. In your email, please specify your name, order number, and a detailed description of the issue. When you make a claim, you’ll also need to provide a photocopy of the warranty and a receipt or other proof of purchase. Please email our customer support team via info@bellusdomina.com.

Please note, this warranty does not cover damages caused by:

  • Aesthetic changes resulting from normal wear, tear and aging ( e.g. scratches,  alteration of the color and material, etc.)
  • Problems or damages caused by negligence and misuse (e.g. knocks, crushing, falling or dents, etc.)
  • Accidents or unauthorised changes, repair or modification
  • Cosmetic or incidental damages

Shipping, insurance or transportation charges from you to us, or any import fees, duties and taxes are excluded from this warranty.
