Orders and Shipping

SHIPPING INFORMATION 

    • Orders placed on Bellus Domina are packed airtight and shipped all through the official workdays (i.e. Monday-Friday) only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. However, orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day. Please note that during busy periods (including sales period, Bank and Public Holidays) deliveries may take longer.
    • Bellus Domina ships worldwide. Below you will find further details on shipping costs for every shipping country.
    • Arrange your return for an exchange or refund within 28 days. For more information please visit our Returns page.
    • You can order multiple products from us for a flat delivery cost. 
    • Delivery time is 2-4 working days for most items.
    • We cannot ship directly to APO/FPO, PO BOX or Parcel locker addresses.

    INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

    • Custom duty is not applied on items sold within the EU (ie free).
    • For international orders, there may be additional taxes and duties payable upon receipt. Please be aware that Bellus Domina does not have immediate control over duties or custom/import charges that may be assessed to orders shipped outside the EU. The government bodies of each country establish these regulations for products imported into their country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.

    TRACKING

    All shipments include order tracing. This allows you to track the whereabouts or movements of your order at any time using the packet tracker. You will receive your packet number and the appropriate link to use via the email address you provide. We'll email you a link with your tracking information once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse. You can also track your order by visiting your order summary page. Just click 'Tracking Number' and you'll be directed to the carrier page.

    As the approved exporter, we operate with the EORI (Economic Operators' Registration and Identification) number.
