Returns & Refunds

All online purchases made through our www.bellusdomina.com website are eligible for return within 14 days of receiving your order. Within this period, the purchased merchandise must be returned via mail. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and are only available for online purchases returned by mail.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order at info@bellusdomina.com to arrange the return. We will provide you with a Return/Exchange Form, which must be used for the return shipment.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

  • All returned items should be sent back in the original packaging provided.
  • Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and with original labels intact. Any items that are damaged, soiled, or missing labels may not be accepted and could be returned to the customer.
  • Returns must include the original return form and any necessary customs documents (if applicable).
  • Gift cards, e-gift certificates, and final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Bellus Domina is only responsible for your package once it arrives at our warehouse. We will notify you via email upon receipt.
  • Ensure your merchandise and Return Form are securely packed in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original packaging if possible).

RETURN SHIPPING & COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Any shipping or customs charges incurred when returning items are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If requesting an exchange, Bellus Domina will not charge additional shipping costs for sending the new item.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@bellusdomina.com.

Please note:

  • Exchange availability is not guaranteed. The item may not be in stock by the time we receive your return.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
  • Refunds do not include shipping charges.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay.
  4. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@bellusdomina.com.

FAULTY GOODS

If you receive a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving your order at info@bellusdomina.com. Include a photo and description of the fault.

  • We will arrange a return for a refund or replacement.
  • If you have owned the item for over 14 days, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
  • Items that have been owned for over 12 months are not eligible for repair or replacement.
  • Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or unauthorized alterations will not be considered faulty.

ONE-YEAR INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY

Bellus Domina offers a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults from the original purchase date.

  • Items will be repaired or replaced within this period.
  • Damage due to negligence, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper use, or repairs is not covered.
  • To request warranty service, please complete the warranty request form.

GIFTS

  • If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once your return is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

PROCESSING TIME

  • Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipment date for the refund to be processed.
  • Refunds may take 5-14 days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
