Returns and Refunds


All online purchases made through our website are returnable only within 28 days of receiving your order. Within this period, the earlier purchased merchandise must be returned by mail. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment and are only available for online purchases returned by mail. 

  • Just contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange the return. We'll send you a Return/Exchange Form to use for the return shipment.

  • All returned items should be sent back to us in the original packaging provided.
  • All item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  • All returns must be accompanied by the original return form and necessary customs documents (where applicable).
  • Gift cards, e-gift certificates, and final sale merchandise should not be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange unless any of the above listed were received damaged, defective, or items wrongly shipped.

Our responsibility as regards the package only begins when it arrives at our warehouse. You will be duly informed by e-mail as soon as we receive it. Ensure you securely pack your merchandise and Return Form in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). 

Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. Any shipping or customs charges that may incur when returning the products are the customer's responsibility. In the case of an exchange however, Bellus Domina will not charge any additional charges for shipping the new items.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please note that your exchange item may not be available by the time your return is received. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@bellusdomina.comPlease note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund  is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


  • If the item is faulty when you receive it, please inform our Customer Service team within 14 days from the date you received it, via email to Please include a photo and description of the fault.
  • We will arrange a return for a refund or replacement for you.
  • If you have had the item for over 14 days we will look into this for you.
  • Please note that we're unable to offer a repair or replacement for items that you have owned longer than 12 months.
  • Items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.


Bellus Domina will repair or replace manufacturing faults up to 12 months from the original date of purchase. Any damages caused by negligence, accidents, unauthorised changes, improper use and repair work are excluded from this warranty. If you would like to request a warranty service for your jewellery please fill out the form .


  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

(Please, exercise patience for about 2-3 weeks from the return-shipment date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.)
