What payment options are accepted by BellusDomina.com?

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, Bellus Domina does ship to the majority of international locations. Note, all shipping and customs fees are customer’s responsibility. Please email us at info@bellusdomina.com for more information.

What if I need extra help or advice about Bellus Domina merchandise?

Contact us at info@bellusdomina.com in order to get more details about your selected items, shipping prices and/or returns. We will do our best to answer any queries and provide you with further information.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes, we will send you a confirmation email with a link from which you will be able to track your order live. You can also find the tracking link on your user profile page, under “Tracking Number” and you'll be directed to the carrier page.

When will my order arrive?

We work to fulfil our orders as promptly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Delivery time is 2-4 working days for most items. Keep in mind that packages aren’t transported over weekends or local public holidays. 

Please note that our expected time frames are estimates and can vary due to factors outside of Bellus Domina, and the courier’s, control.

What if I want to change my shipping address?

Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. If you order has not been dispatched yet, contact us immediately at info@bellusdomina.com. 

Can I cancel my order?

All shipped orders cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at info@bellusdomina.com and we'll do our best to help you.

How can I make returns or exchanges?

Yes, all online purchases made through our www.bellusdomina.com website are returnable within 28 days of receiving your order. Within this period, the earlier purchased merchandise must be returned by mail. If you would like to request a return or exchange for your jewellery piece, please fill out the form here so our support team could send you further instructions. 

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, your Bellus Domina jewellery is warranted for 12 months from the date of purchase against all manufacturing defects. For warranty repairs, the defective jewellery must be registered as soon as possible by contacting us via info@bellusdomina.com. In your email, please specify your name and order number, and provide a detailed description of the issue.
